If you have any questions you should contact the District 31 &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;CSE&lt;/span&gt; office or in some cases District 75. The Department of Education provides a variety of programs and services for children with special needs. These services and programs are offered in Elementary Schools, Junior High Schools and High Schools throughout Staten Island.
