Arts and Crafts:



Greenbelt Recreation Center 501 Brielle Avenue (718) 667-3545 Free. You must register. Classes are free but get booked fast. Children (6 -17) are free. Adults (18-54) $50, Seniors (55+) $10. Blessed Sacrament – Sessions start Tuesday 2/28. Next session is Wednesday, March 7, Tuesday - March 13th, & March 20th. From 7-8 PM Ages 6-teens. From 8-9PM teens-adults. Blessed Sacrament Gym is on Forest Avenue & Manor. 830 Delafield Avenue..

Bicycle Riding: Teach your child to ride a bike. You have to provide the bike, they provide helmets and instruction. You might want to go to all their sessions until your child gets the hang of it. Dance:



Drews Step by step Party Dances.DVD to teach kids step by step dancing for parties. Sold at Party City for about $12.95.



Happy Feet Dance Classes. Dance classes specifically designed for children with special needs. 45 minute weekly classes $45 per month. Incorporating dance basics with overall body awareness, spacing, taking turns, cooperation, team building and more. Class instructors, assistants & study staff working with you and your dancer in a safe, supportive and compassionate environment. FOOTBALL:

GREAT ADVENTURE: Bring a Doctor’s note stating your child has Autism and go to guest relations. They will issue a pass so the children to don‘t have to wait on lines for most of the rides.

ICE SKATING /HOCKEY




The SI Ice Hockey Assocation if offering a Free 15 week program that teaches the fundamentals of ice hockey to boys & girls ages 4-17. The clinic, which starts on November 22nd & runs thru April 25th is offered on Sunday mornings from 7-8 AM at the Staten Island Skaing Pavillion at 3080 Arthur Kill Road. Soccer: Free program runs Saturdays Ages 6-16.. Spring Season is starting April 30th.. 2:30 - 4:00 PM Miller Field. There are plenty of volunteers and soccer players to help the kids, so please check it out. If you already sent in a medical form, it is good for 3 years. You must register again.
