CAR POOL- Port Authority Carpool plan. Toll is $2.00 and is available to EZ pass customers who subscribe to the Port Authority Carpool Plan. The plan requires that there are 3 or more passengers in the vehicle. You must go thru the "Cash-Ez Pass Lane & tell the toll collector "Car Pool". You must first call EZ pass up andregister for this discount prior to being able to use it.
